Our employers prefer committed individuals
that are of good character, have strong communication skills,
and are desirous of becoming either a professional Finance
& Insurance Manager, Sales & Leasing Associate or Internet
Sales Specialist and are willing to learn and develop the
skills necessary to become successful leaders. The individuals
who prove they have these qualities may be promoted into management
positions. We refer to these candidates as…. “Preferred
Candidates”.
Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager
Three Ways to Qualify:
1) Preferred Candidates will have at least one year of
successful F&I Management experience. (Successful F&I
Management experience is defined as having good character and
recent annual earnings of at least $110,000/yr in auto or RV
F&I management in the last year.)
2) In the absence of recent successful F&I experience, Preferred
Candidates will have at least six months to one year of
successful automotive sales experience and at least 5 weeks
of professional F&I and Sales Management training. Some
of our employers have signed agreements with DSC (but not all)
wherein they have agreed to provide tuition reimbursement for
any tuition paid by a candidate for training necessary to become
a preferred candidate for their company. If you would like to
obtain training for any sales or management position, we can
refer you to where you can obtain this training (DSC is not
a training company).**
3) In the absence of a Preferred Candidate, some employers
(not all) will also hire certain Candidates without any prior
Automotive Sales or F&I management experience if they have
successfully completed 5 weeks of professional sales and F&I
management training.**
Sales & Leasing Associate and Internet
Sales Specialist
Three Ways to Qualify:
1) Preferred Candidates will have at least one year of
recent, successful Automotive Sales experience or Internet Sales
Associate Specialist. (Successful sales/Internet experience
is defined as having good character and recent annual earnings
of at least $75,000/yr in auto or RV sales in the last year).
2) In the absence of recent successful Automotive Sales experience,
Preferred Candidates will have obtained at least two
weeks of professional automotive sales & management training
from a qualified automotive training school. All of our employers
have signed agreements with DSC wherein they have agreed to
provide tuition reimbursement for any tuition paid by a candidate
for such training. If you would like to obtain training for
any sales or management position, we can refer you to where
you can obtain this training. (DSC is not a training company).**
3) In the absence of a Preferred Candidate, some of our
employers (but not all) may agree to accept candidates for the
position of Sales Associate (but not Internet Sales Specialist)
without any prior automotive sales experience or automotive
sales & management training, if they meet the minimum requirements
listed on our requirements page.
